I was at my wits end trying to sink my teeth into a pressing life pattern in order to take a huge bite out of it. I finally did nail it, but it took a lot of digging. In doing so, I came to realize that the beliefs, emotions and feelings I experienced are very old – way before this lifetime. read more
Sometimes getting back to the essentials and basics is important. I find I need to stop all “input” once in a while because it only adds to any frustration I may be experiencing if I’ve let things build up too long.
