Sometimes getting back to the essentials and basics is important. I find I need to stop all “input” once in a while because it only adds to any frustration I may be experiencing if I’ve let things build up too long. Our bodies want to help us stay healthy. They have a lot to say and are a wealth of information. We get busy, life is loud and we miss the subtle tones of our body trying to get our attention. No matter – our bodies will eventually find a way to stop us and make us listen – which at that point we might not like what it has to say.
